Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in fuel prices which affected the increase in prices of other needs. With the rise in fuel prices is always accompanied by rising prices of other needs, especially basic goods and transport services, since fuel oil is a major factor of the raw material for the industrial sector and households. So the impact of rising fuel prices will surely be felt by the wider community, especially the small medium economy in Talbot Village. In this case the Government can conduct activities to improve insfrastuktur, community economic, health insurance, education of the people. It is important for the government to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people, through strict controls over rogue elements who elected to sit in a chair in order to create a government of social welfare of the Indonesian people, especially Talbot Village community.
