Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) VII Distrik Cinta Manis Kabupaten Ogan Ilir

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study was whether there is an influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) VII Distrik Cinta Manis Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. The objective of this study was to find out the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Distrik Cinta Manis Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. This study was an associative study. The data used in this study was primary data. The techniques of collecting the data used was questionnaire. Then, the techniques of analyzing the data were qualitative and quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis result with multiple linear regression on the variable of work discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) to employee performance (Y) showed the equation Y = 2,172+0,205 X1+0,238 X2 . the result also showed that simultaneously work discipline and work environment gave a positive influence on employee performance with a value of Fobtained 11,619 > Ftabel 3,085. While, partially employee development gave a positive influence on employee performance with a value of tobtained 2,300 > ttable 1,983 and work discipline also positively influence the employee performance with tobtained 2,956 > ttable 1,983.
