Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, product accessibility and usability, perceived value, and price fairness on consumer satisfaction in the use of innovative products in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Regency. A quantitative associative approach was employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis. The population consisted of all 74 innovative products recorded in the 2023 community satisfaction report, which also served as the sample through a saturated sampling technique. The results show that product quality, as well as product accessibility and usability, have a significant partial effect on consumer satisfaction, whereas perceived value and price fairness do not exhibit a significant effect. However, collectively, all variables have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.374 indicates that 37.4% of the variation in consumer satisfaction is explained by the three independent variables in the model. These findings underscore the importance of improving the quality, accessibility, and usability of local innovative products to enhance public satisfaction.
