Abstract

Department of Population and Civil Registration of Musi Banyuasin Regency is an organization that must make efforts to improve the performance of employees, through division of labor in accordance with the portion of each of these things implemented in the main tasks and organizational functions.Fenomena, namely the low performance of employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registry Regency of Musi Banyuasin. Conclusion, all items of question in this research is valid meaning all items can be used further for further research. Test reliability, all reliable variables for use in subsequent tests. Regression test, the constant value of 20.156 states that the magnitude of the value of variable Y if the independent variable is considered zero meaning without influenced the main task and organizational function then the performance of employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The correlation coefficient of 0.574 indicates that there is a medium relationship between the main task and function (tupoksi) on the performance of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Musi Banyuasin Regency. Coefficient of determination of 0.330 indicates that the main task variable and function (tupoksi) organization in this study is able to explain 33.00% on employee performance on the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Musi Banyuasin Regency. Suggestions, improved motivation and confidence in the task, between superiors and leaders in the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Musi Banyuasin Regency.
