Abstract
The Effect of Motivation, Work Discipline and Career Development on the Performance of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Regional Revenue Agency of the Province of South Sumatra, Thesis of the Management Study Program, Postgraduate Program of the Muhamadiyah University of Palembang. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and career development together and partially on the performance of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Regional Revenue Agency of the Province of South Sumatra. The design of this study is associative research by connecting between independent and bound variables. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, and the answers of respondents as much as the sample of this study are 120 employees of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Regional Revenue Agency of the Province of South Sumatra. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and through testing validity and reliability. Test the data used to determine the characteristics of the data, namely the normality test and linearity test. The model test used consisted of a multicolinearity test and a heterodiversity test, aided by an SPSS for windows analysis tool with a significant level of 0.05. Findings: The results of multiple linear regression testing showed Employee Motivation, Employee Work Discipline, and Employee Career Development, jointly had a significant effect on Employee Performance. Employee Motivation, Employee Work Discipline, and Employee Career Development, partially have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Employee Work Discipline contributes greatly to Employee Performance, while the lowest Employee Career Development, to Employee Performance.
